Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for its private fleet to support regional/local routes with home daily time. You will be responsible for safe, timely, and accurate deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role emphasizes independence, strong route planning, and adherence to DOT regulations, with ongoing benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth. Must have a valid CDL-A and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

• Safely deliver to customers promptly with accuracy.
• Operate with minimal supervision and avoid micromanagement.

Requirements

Pay Range

The range is $27.67 - $31.50 per hour. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate’s experience, work location, skills, etc.
