J Rose Logistics seeks CDL A drivers for a regional Western states route, offering no-touch freight, consistent miles, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Expect home weekends with a 34-hour reset and modern equipment on a tight, efficient schedule.

The role features roughly 1,800 miles per week, with 300-mile average loads, and trips mainly in WA, OR, CA, and nearby states. Ready drivers will enjoy strong regional pay and steady work from a growing logistics team.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
• Must pass standard pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Up-to-date DOT Medical Card
• Must pass standard pre-employment drug screening and background check

Compensation & Pay Details:

• Weekly Earnings: Top 20% of regional drivers average $1,250+ per week
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher per state law)
• Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher per state law)

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Every Saturday and Sunday for a full 34-hour reset
• Operating Area: 80% Western States (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD) with occasional trips as far east as TX, OK, KS, and NE
• Mileage: Approximately 1,800 miles weekly (based on HOS and freight availability)
• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles

• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Load Mix: 50–60% Drop & Hook | 40–50% Live Unload
• Modern Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
