J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional routes across the Western United States. Expect 100% no-touch freight, modern equipment, and guaranteed home time every weekend.

Drivers with 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience are encouraged to apply. Weekly mileage averages around 1,800 miles with a 34-hour reset, typically home on weekends. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with detention and layover pay where applicable.

Description du poste

We are seeking Class A CDL Drivers for regional routes across the Western United States. This position offers consistent weekly mileage, modern late-model equipment, 100% no-touch freight, and guaranteed home time every weekend. Drivers with 3 or more months of tractor-trailer experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Pay Details:

• Weekly Earnings: Top 20% of regional drivers average $1,250+ per week
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher per state law)
• Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher per state law)

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Every Saturday and Sunday for a full 34-hour reset
• Operating Area: 80% Western States (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD) with occasional trips as far east as TX, OK, KS, and NE
• Mileage: Approximately 1,800 miles weekly (based on HOS and freight availability)
• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles

Freight & Equipment Details:

• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Load Mix: 50-60% Drop & Hook | 40-50% Live Unload
• Modern Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Up-to-date DOT Medical Card
• Must pass standard pre-employment drug screening and background check
