Are you a Class A CDL driver looking for top-tier home time, consistent miles, and comfortable equipment? Join our fleet today! We are hiring regional drivers with as little as 3 months of experience for steady freight with 100% no-touch freight and weekly weekend home time.

Pay & Compensation

• Earnings: Top 20% of Regional Drivers earn $1,250+ per week
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
• Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100/day (or higher where required by law)

Position Highlights & Freight

• Home Time: Home every weekend for your 34-hour reset (Saturday & Sunday)
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight
  • 50%–60% Drop & Hook
  • 40%–50% Live Unload
• Weekly Miles: ~1,800 miles per week (depending on HOS and freight availability)
• Average Length of Haul (LOH): 300 miles
• Modern Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Operating Area

• Primary Route (80%): Western States (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD)
• Secondary Route: Occasional runs East into TX, OK, KS, and NE

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
