Job summary

Clean Harbors in Tucker, GA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role performs driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites associated with hazardous waste clean‑up.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Ability to travel overnight and work weekends as needed.
• Ability to use various mobile devices and perform physical tasks.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug test and physical per position.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks and load/unload cargo.
• Perform daily logs, time sheets and reports.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (DOT and company guidelines).
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Remediate sites and handle hazardous materials as required.
