Job summary

Rolfson Oil in Odessa, TX is hiring full-time drivers to fuel operations across field sites. You must hold a valid Class A CDL with Tank Vehicle N and HazMat endorsements, and have at least 2 years of hazmat and bulk tanker experience.

The role includes up to 70 hours per week, overtime after 40, and earning potential up to $160,000 in the first year. We offer night and day pay rates ($35/hr nights, $33/hr days), weekly pay, paid vacation, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL with Tank Vehicle N and HazMat endorsements.
• Minimum of 2 years hazmat driving experience.
• Minimum of 2 years bulk tanker liquid hauling experience.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Lift 75 lbs comfortably.
• Have a safe driving history with no major MVR or PSP violations in the last 5 years.
• Pass DOT drug test.
• Able to operate manual transmission vehicles (10, 13 or 18 speeds).
• Willing to relocate to Odessa, TX.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport diesel fuels to local job sites.
• Follow all delivery instructions and complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Connect/disconnect hoses and operate pumps/valves for loading/unloading.
• Document and log work/rest periods.
• Inspect vehicles before/after trips and report issues.
• Ensure DOT regulations, including dangerous goods transport, are followed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers and relay specific requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of CDL hazmat driving experience
• Minimum of 2 years of bulk tanker liquid hauling experience

Job Duties:

• Safely transport diesel fuels to local job sites

• Inspect vehicles before and after every trip, and report any mechanical/safety issue(s)
• Ensure that all DOT regulations including those applicable to dangerous goods transport are followed
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Interact with customers and relay specific customer requests
