Job summary

Republic Elite in Marshall, TX seeks a Class A CDL Driver & Dock Worker to join the Shipping department full-time. You will operate a company box truck, deliver cabinetry and countertops regionally, and support yard and dock duties to ensure efficient, on-time customer deliveries.

Responsibilities include CDL compliance, pre/post-trip checks, and safe handling of large orders with various equipment. A clean record and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs alone are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 100+ lbs with a partner.
• Able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Operates a company-owned box truck to deliver regional orders.
• Maintain CDL requirements and DOT compliance.
• Backup for yard drivers, organizing trailers and vehicles on-site.
• Load and unload cabinetry and countertop orders safely.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Keep dock area clean and organized.
