Job summary

Republic Elite is seeking a Shipping Driver & Dock Worker (Non-CDL) in Marshall, TX. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Shipping department by delivering cabinetry and countertops, loading and unloading, and maintaining dock organization.

A valid license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100+ with partner), and forklift/pallet jack skills are required. You'll operate a box truck, perform safety inspections, and help ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while upholding a professional

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone, 100+ lbs. with a partner.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and pallet jacks.
• Ability to count inventory and read a standard tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Operates a company-owned box truck to deliver regional orders safely and on time.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude during deliveries.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports maintenance concerns.
• Loads and unloads cabinetry and countertop orders using proper loading techniques.
• Keeps dock and staging areas organized and free of hazards.
• Utilizes material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintains accurate inventory and ensures accurate order fulfillment.
