Job description

Flint Logistics is currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for full-time employment.

Location:

Springfield, IL 67201

Home Time:

Every 2 weeks for a 48-hour reset, with some lanes offering weekly home time.

Compensation:

Drivers will earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week, with a minimum of $1,200 per week for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition.

Equipment:

Options include Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (subject to availability). Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models, equipped with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight.

Route & Home Time:

Routes cover the lower 48 states, mostly drop and hook to reduce downtime. Freight is 100% no-touch.

Orientation:

Transportation to orientation is provided via flight or rental car. Meals are included, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay.
