Job summary

TA Services is hiring for an evening driver role in Indiana. The position blends driving with light warehouse duties, with a 4:30pm–11pm shift and up to 10 hours per day. Candidates should hold a valid Class A CDL and have 5+ years of commercial driving experience, DOT knowledge, and a strong safety record.

The role offers $31 per hour plus a $3 shift differential, plus benefits and PTO. Physical work and varying conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• Experience in commercial driving and inspections is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and/or raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including light preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all commercial motor vehicle regulations and company policies.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions safely.
• Provide warehouse support and assist with general operations as needed.

Days and Shift Information

• 4:30pm-11pm
• 9 -10 hours daily
• Might be needed to drive Box truck and Sprinter van at times.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and/or raw materials safely and efficiently

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Class A CDL required

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial motor vehicles and performing inspections
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Manual Transmission experience required

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $31/hr +$3 shift differential
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
