Class A CDL Driver - Local

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Location: Pelham, NH

Our client, a leading provider of space solutions, operates a fleet of nearly 100,000 modular space and secure storage units. We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver for a full-time, direct hire position that includes benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:

Our CDL drivers operate a 3+ ton truck to deliver, relocate, and return units to and from customer locations. Responsibilities include setting up and dismantling units, installing value-added products like decks, ramps, and stairs, and maintaining service and safety during transportation. Work is year-round, Monday through Friday, and you will be home nightly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform setup and dismantling of trailers at job sites
• Haul modular trailers and cargo containers to and from sites
• Maintain logbooks, inspection books, and maintenance logs
• Perform trailer maintenance at the branch when not making deliveries
• Work 40+ hours per week
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Squat for extended periods
• Pull trailers of widths 8', 10', and 14' to and from job sites

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of roll-off or low boy experience
• Valid Class A license
• Must be 21 years or older
• Current DOT and physical card
• 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record/MVR
• Drug screening and background check
• Basic computer skills and good communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors, and team members
