Job summary

GPC is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in Wisconsin, delivering and merchandising beverages to customers. You will operate a semi-truck, unload, check deliveries, and ensure shelves are stocked to GPC standards while representing the brand professionally.

Be home every evening with a four-day workweek (10-hour shifts) and an early start at 5:00 AM. Candidates should have a valid CDL, a clean record, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with a strong safety history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with product delivery or route sales is a plus but not required.
• Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A vehicle to safely deliver products to designated customer routes.
• Unload and check in products; ensure accurate delivery quantities with store personnel.
• Merchandise products at designated stops; ensure shelves and displays meet standards.
• Serve as the face of GPC; build strong relationships with store teams and maintain brand image.
• Provide exceptional on-site customer service by addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, company, and safety policies; complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Work Schedule:

• Be home every evening, night, and weekend—no overnight hauls.
• Enjoy a four-day workweek (10-hour shifts) between Monday and Friday, with one designated weekday off.
• Start time is 5:00 AM.

A day in the life of a Class A CDL Driver:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to safely deliver products to a designated customer route.
• Unload and check in products and ensure accurate delivery quantities with store personnel.
• Merchandise product at designated stops to ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays meet GPC standards.
• Serve as the face of GPC, fostering strong relationships with store teams and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns on-site professionally.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT, company, and safety policies and regulations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.

What does it take to succeed as a Class A CDL driver?

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record with a strong safety history
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
• Prior experience with product delivery, merchandising, or route sales is a plus but not required
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service
