Job summary

Gillette Pepsi Companies, Inc. (GPC) in Minnesota is looking for a Part Time Class A CDL Driver to join our beverage delivery team on Saturdays. You will operate a semi-truck to safely deliver products, merchandise shelves, and represent the GPC brand at each stop, building positive relationships with store teams.

Schedule starts at 5:00 AM on Saturdays. You will complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to DOT and safety

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with a strong safety history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time-management and independent work ability.
• Prior delivery/merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A vehicle to deliver products to designated routes.
• Unload, check in products, and verify delivery quantities.
• Merchandise shelves to meet store and GPC standards.
• Represent GPC with store teams and provide on-site customer service.
• Maintain delivery logs and comply with DOT and safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for operating a semi-truck to deliver and merchandise GPC products to our valued customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Work Schedule:

• Work on Saturdays only
• Start time is 5:00 AM

A day in the life of a Part Time Class A CDL Driver:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to safely deliver products to a designated customer route.
• Unload and check in products and ensure accurate delivery quantities with store personnel.
• Merchandise product at designated stops to ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays meet GPC standards.
• Serve as the face of GPC, fostering strong relationships with store teams and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns on-site professionally.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT, company, and safety policies and regulations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.

What does it take to succeed as a Part Time Class A CDL driver?
