Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal in Durant, IA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our team. You will secure loads, assist with loading, and ensure DOT-compliant weighing and DVIR completion. Daily home time and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

We offer no weekends, PTO on day one, uniform provision, safety shoe and eyewear allowances, 401(k) with company match, and premium-free health coverage. CDL and clean MVR required.

Qualifications

• CDL is required with a valid license.
• Must comply with DOT load securement policies.
• Experience with DVIR; complete pre/post trips.
• Good driving record and safety mindset.

• Assist truck loaders to ensure proper loading.
• Follow DOT rules for weighing the truck.
