Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Associate Driver in Chantilly, VA to unload and deliver products with daily home routes. The role requires a Class A/B/C CDL, ability to lift heavy items, and Recordkeeping for deliveries.

Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, weekends off, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) match. Starting pay is $65,000 with route-based $70,000–$90,000 potential.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1+ years of driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C CDL or equivalent driving experience in the military.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle, including conveyors and carts.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jack, hand truck).
• Pickup returned products and complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay: Starting at $65,000 and then annual range salary of $70,000-$90,000 on a route.

Position responsibilities:

• The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts

• Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
