Loews Hotels & Co is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Server at Live! by Loews - St. Louis to deliver exceptional table service and guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure quality presentations while collaborating with a dynamic culinary and beverage team.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This full‑time role offers team member benefits and growth within a premier hotel and entertainment district.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
