Job summary

Pratt Industries – Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a General Utility team member for the 2:00PM–10:00PM shift, Monday through Friday. You will help with machine setup, operation, cleanup, and troubleshooting, emphasizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes a full benefits package, holidays from day one, 401(k) with match at 3 months, tuition reimbursement after one year, and a monthly incentive bonus if plant goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in converting industry or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Lift Truck/Clamp Truck Operator License is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck safely and perform daily inspections.
• Assist in unloading rolls and supporting production schedules.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report maintenance needs.
• Support training of fellow team members and ensure safety and quality.
