Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. in Cedar Hill, TX, is hiring a Clamp Truck Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00PM–10:00PM, Monday to Friday). You will operate the clamp truck, unload rolls, and support production with safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in converting or industrial setting preferred (6 months+).
• Must hold a Lift Truck/Clamp Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck safely and complete daily inspections.
• Unload rolls, assist the conversion operator, and meet production schedules.
• Mark rolls with size, diameter, footage, and grade; note any damage.
• Maintain clean work area and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in training and safety programs.
