Job summary
Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a forklift/operator associate at our Minnesota facility. The role requires moving rolls from trucks/railcars to staging areas, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring inventory integrity in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willing to work any shift.
- Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified quickly.
- Ability to operate a powered forklift and perform daily safety inspections.
Responsibilities
- Move product from truck/railcar to staging area safely and efficiently.
- Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.
- Maintain a zero-damage roll room.
- Pick and stage run-ready rolls for orders and load/unload trucks while preserving inventory integrity.
