Job summary

WestRock is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator for the 2nd shift in Winston-Salem to safely operate clamp forklifts, move materials, and support production lines. You will perform forklift checks, ensure accurate tagging and paperwork, and maintain GMP and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of material handling experience in manufacturing, strong math, data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to convert basic math, fractions to decimal, square footage, etc.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate clamp forklift and powered industrial forklift.
• Perform forklift checks and safety procedures.
• Supply materials to Corrugator and Forming machines to support production lines.
• Move finished products to designated storage areas and transport to staging.
• Ensure accurate tagging, scanning, and paperwork; maintain GMP compliance and housekeeping.
• Participate in safety programs and audits as required.
