Kelly Services in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Fork Lift Operator - Record Center Specialist to support warehouse operations in a busy Records Center. The role involves operating forklifts to move boxed assets, processing orders, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with safety equipment provided onsite and opportunities for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse or service industry required.
  • Current forklift certification required.
  • Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes (onsite provided).
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Willingness to work full-time weekday hours and travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain physical assets in the Records Center.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing orders, load/move boxed items with forklifts.
  • Scan carton barcodes and locations; investigate and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Assist in loading/unloading company vehicles; maintain racking/row upkeep.
  • Inspect equipment, follow safety procedures, and participate in drills.
  • Collaborate with team and report issues to management.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hourShift: 1st, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (No weekends/Overtime as needed)

What’s a typical day as Fork Lift Operator - Record Center Specialist?
  • Supporting warehouse operations by processing and maintaining physical assets in the Records Center
  • Handling incoming/outgoing orders, loading and moving boxed items and bins using forklifts, and assisting with internal moves and projects
  • Scanning carton barcodes and locations, investigating and resolving order discrepancies, and accurately completing all necessary paperwork
  • Assisting in loading/unloading company vehicles and maintaining racking/row upkeep
  • Inspecting and maintaining all equipment, following safety procedures, and participating in compliance training and drills
  • Collaborating with team members and reporting issues to management
