Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related work experience after high school.
• Minimum 5+ years in IT Quality Assurance and Systems/Application Testing.
• Strong experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Procedures, and Test Scripts.
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT Testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAT activities for Claims Operations projects.
• Validate that business requirements are implemented before production release.
• Develop, execute, and manage UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
• Perform positive and negative testing to identify defects.
• Track, document, and report testing progress, defects, risks, and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with IT, CORE, Claims, and Business Analysts teams to understand project requirements and solution designs.
• Participate in data mining and review sessions to evaluate business processes and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to established UAT quality standards, methodologies, and testing procedures.
