Job summary

Groupe Kardol in New Jersey is seeking a UAT Tester to join our professional services team. You will collaborate with cross‑functional groups to understand requirements, develop and execute test plans, and document defects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in UAT or a related role, a Bachelor's in CS or Engineering, and strong knowledge of testing methods and Agile practices. You will work with Developers and PMs to ensure timely issue resolution and validate software against user needs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a UAT tester or in a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues
Document and report bugs, errors, and other issues found during testing
Work closely with Developers and Project Managers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
Participate in user acceptance testing sessions to gather feedback and validate software against user requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies
Perform other duties, as needed
