Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance in the United States seeks a Claims Technician who serves as the policyholder’s first point of contact after an auto or homeowner loss, reporting accidents and gathering information by phone. You will decide on whether to re-route a claim or alert the claim office of serious injuries or major losses, working closely with teammates to resolve cases efficiently and accurately.

The Claims Technician is the policyholder’s first point of contact after an auto or homeowner loss. They are responsible for reporting accidents that have occurred to the policyholder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make decisions on whether or not to re-route a claim or to alert the claim office of a serious injury or major loss.

SALARY RANGE

The pay range for this position is $37,500 to $46,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
