Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Claims Coordinator in Las Vegas to support the Claims team with accurate, timely processing of medical claims and prompt provider/member inquiries.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration across teams to improve outcomes and data integrity.

On-site presence is preferred to facilitate collaboration and effective support for the provider and member experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, claims support, or related office environment.
• Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and maintaining records.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with research ability.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
• Final candidates will complete post-offer verification per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Respond to provider and member inquiries related to claims via phone and email.
• Review, research, and resolve claim issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with repricing claims according to plan guidelines.
• Verify claim status, review plan specs, and generate EOBs.
• Maintain Claims inbox and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Document interactions in the system; maintain compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Monitor daily claims-related productivity and performance.
• Support provider and member needs by identifying solutions and improving outcomes.
• File and organize electronic and paper documentation as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Claims team.
