Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior Workers' Compensation Claims Leader in California to supervise a high-volume team, drive quality outcomes, and shape a performance-driven culture.

You will mentor adjusters, enforce Best Practices, lead talent development, and partner with clients, carriers, and brokers to deliver efficient, compliant service using our technology.

Competenze

• Extensive background in workers' compensation claims adjusting.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership/people management experience in a claims environment.
• California Workers' Compensation jurisdiction experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled.

Overview

• Claims Background: Candidates should have an extensive background in workers compensation claims adjusting.
• Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2 years prior leadership/people management experience in a claims environment required
• Jurisdictional experience: California Workers Compensation
• Licenses: CA Designation required. SIP optional.
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
