Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a results-driven leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team in a fully remote role. You will drive performance, hire and train adjusters, and ensure adherence to Best Practices while coordinating with clients, carriers, and brokers across various jurisdictions.

The role requires a strong claims background, leadership experience, and Arizona jurisdiction knowledge, with the flexibility to manage a diverse caseload and develop team members for ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

About You

Ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Claims Background: Workers Compensation
• Prior leadership experience: 2 years
• Jurisdictional Experience: Arizona

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
