Responsibilities

• Collaborates with and influences senior leadership on development and implementation of Claims strategies and processes.
• Acts as claims technical expert to diagnose and action improvement opportunities within lines of business.
• Provides technical claims support to mobilize on quick wins and strategic initiatives.
• Drives improvement of Claim policies, business strategies, and goals with regular performance reviews.
• Manages cross-functional strategy execution progress through defined reviews.
• Identifies and develops staff development materials and talent management initiatives.
• Drives communications plans with Finance, Actuary and Underwriting.
• Establishes consistency in core processes and tools across LOBs to improve outcomes.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
