• Establishes action plans based on case facts, protocols and resources.
• Plans and conducts investigations to confirm coverage and determine liability and damages.
• Assesses policy coverage, notifies insured of issues, and adjusts reserves as needed.
• Negotiates settlements within authority limits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
