Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in auto body or property estimation preferred.
• Knowledge of personal insurance policies and claims handling preferred.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to train and learn.

Aufgaben

• Investigate reported claims and determine policy coverage.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters or field appraisers.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents, contractors, and repair shops.
• Negotiate and approve claim settlements.
• Document all claim activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify concerns for review.
• Help people get back on their feet—fairly, promptly, and professionally.
