Akkodis is seeking a Claims specialist for our Contract position with a client. It is a remote position.

Position: Claims specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range: $15/hr - $21/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our remote team! In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of stock and cryptocurrency claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. You'll need strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently using multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process stock and crypto-related claims
• Analyze transactions and perform currency conversions
• Manage high-volume email submissions and data
• Use multiple systems to verify and update claim information
• Communicate with claimants via email/phone as needed
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements:

• Prior claims or processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable using 6+ applications at once
• Reliable internet & ability to self-manage in a remote environment
• Must attend 2 weeks of training with no absences or tardiness
