Job summary

ClaimSorted Inc. is seeking a Claims Solutions Partner to join our team. You will work within the sales cycle to diagnose operational gaps, respond authoritatively to technical questions, and drive evidence-based value in RFP/RFI responses.

You will also analyze portfolios to surface opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding. This role is hands-on and high-ownership, reporting to the CEO, and collaborates across sales, account management, claims, and product to push risk into

Qualifications

• Hands-on claims-operations depth across lines, including leakage and SLAs.
• Ability to diagnose gaps in operations and quantify impact.
• Strong data skills: extract insights from messy claims data.
• Proven track record of drafting RFPs/RFIs and technical responses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify gaps in prospects' claims operations and answer technical questions.
• Provide expertise for RFP/RFI responses and ensure high-quality content.
• Analyze prospect and partner portfolios to surface where value is created.
• Support post-sale onboarding and escalation handling with account teams.
• Be a credible technical voice in discussions with senior insurer stakeholders.
