In this role, you will support Claims Consultants with timely updates, generate reports, and answer client questions. Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience processing and managing insurance claims with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation.
• Proficiency with software systems, including Excel.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage insurance claims with accuracy as part of the Claims team.
• Guide clients through reporting procedures and keep claims moving smoothly.
• Provide timely status updates, prepare reports, and assist on claims discussions.
• Support Claims Consultants with data and documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
