Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking a Claims Service Representative to connect clients, service staff, and carriers. You will process claim information, guide clients through reporting, and help keep claims on track from start to finish.

In this role, you will support Claims Consultants with timely updates, generate reports, and answer client questions. Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency are essential for success.

Responsibilities

A day in the life

As our Claims Service Representative on the Business Insurance Claims team, you'll be the key connector between clients, service staff, and insurance carriers. You'll handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure a seamless, efficient claims experience for everyone involved.

• Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers

The applicable base salary range for this role is $39,200 to $72,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
