Job summary

Yates Insurance is seeking a claims professional to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. The role involves data entry, researching claim issues, and updating the claims system with progression notes.

The candidate will negotiate instructions, resolve denials and coverage questions, and participate in client meetings to review history and status. After-hours on-call rotation and potential litigation tasks are included.
