Responsibilities

• Settle claims with independent authority up to $5,000.
• Review claims and assess losses and damages.
• Investigate all claims to determine liability and value.
• Process settlements with applicable tariffs and contracts.
• Maintain claim data accurately in systems.
• Negotiate settlements with customers up to authority.
