Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a student for the internship program in Des Moines. The role involves investigating and processing claims while learning insurance coverage by studying policies, forms and endorsements.

Interns will become familiar with claims procedures, may participate in arbitrations or depositions, and assist in ensuring timely, accurate claim payments to service agents and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Students should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.
• Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
