Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking student interns in Portage, MI to support claims operations. You will investigate and assemble facts, determine policy coverage, evaluate losses, and help pay or deny claims while working with agents and policyholders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data interpretation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Students should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.
• Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
