You will investigate facts, study policies, and determine coverage while serving agents and policyholders. You may attend arbitrations and handle investigations by various means. The role emphasizes accurate, timely payments and learning through mentoring.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 with bonus eligibility and a supportive training program in a friendly work environment.
