Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated Claims Intern in the Kentucky area. You will investigate facts and policy coverage, evaluate losses, and assist in paying or denying claims while studying policies and forms to improve coverage understanding.

You will help resolve claims, attend arbitrations or depositions as needed, and service agents and policyholders. Strong communication, data interpretation, and multitasking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Students should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.
• Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
• Organize and interpret data.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

Rate of Pay For this position, the anticipated starting hourly rate is: $20.00/hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus opportunity.
