What You'll Do

1. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims
2. Analyze coverage, make contacts, investigate facts surrounding the loss, arrange inspection experts, and third parties
3. Negotiate loss settlements and determine the appropriate method of inspection and/or the appropriate claim decision based on the review of facts
4. Promote, build, and maintain strong customer relationships while expediting claims and adhering to the fair claims’ settlement practices
5. Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and requirements, provisions of policy contracts, and company standards

What You'll Need

1. Currently hold an active (Texas) adjuster license or obtain following date of hire (American National will incur fees associated / No out of pocket expenses)
2. Work experience in any of the following areas: Insurance, Healthcare, Clerical/Office, Investigation, Legal/Paralegal, Law enforcement, Processing, Customer service, and Call center
3. First Notice of Loss (Property and Casualty) claims work experience preferred, but not required

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The salary range for this position is $42,600 - $54,400.
