Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to support the Reimbursement team in identifying and correcting claims submission and payment errors.

You will manage timely follow-up on unpaid claims, submit rebilled claims, enter patient and demographic data, and ensure reimbursements align with payer contracts and fee schedules. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with billing and collections software is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook; Adobe Acrobat a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate follow-up on claims to payers and patients.
• Prepares and submits timely rebilled and initial billed secondary/tertiary claims.
• Enters demographic data into billing/collections software per procedures.
