Responsibilities

• Review claims for completeness prior to submission.
• Submit claims accurately and within required timeframes.
• Post payments and adjustments to accounts.
• Reconcile payments against expected reimbursement.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on denials.
• Identify denial trends and escalated issues.
• Communicate with patients regarding balances.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation.
• Coordinate with intake, CCS, PPIT, and JPX for missing documentation.
• Assist with resolution of billing discrepancies
