The hybrid role supports collaboration days near West Bend, WI, with training and growth opportunities across auto, GL, and PD claims.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation.
• Experience handling auto and GL/PD claims is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
• Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines.
• Learn and grow through hands‑on training, mentorship, and project opportunities.
