Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Claims Processor to accurately process claims for FSA, HRA, and related accounts. The role requires coordinating with the claims team to ensure timely handling and strict adherence to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of claims experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support participants and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in reviewing and processing claims.
• Familiarity with pre-tax benefits (IRS 125, 105, 132) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all claims procedures.
• Stay up to date on applicable regulations related to claims processing.
• Collaborate with the claims team to optimize efficiency.
• Enter, adjudicate and audit claims following internal procedures.
• Provide excellent experience for participants and clients.
• Perform claims adjustments per internal procedure.
• Handle confidential information per HIPAA regulations.
