Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, in Agawam, MA, seeks a Claims Processor to efficiently review and process claims for FSA, HRA, and related accounts. You will enter, adjudicate and audit claims, while protecting confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of claims experience, 2 years with FSA/TPA, and an associate degree preferred. Base salary ranges from $43,000 to $50,000, plus benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in reviewing and processing claims.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Flexible Spending Accounts with a previous TPA.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements governing pre‑tax benefits. IRS Sections 125, 105, and 132.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, adjudicate and audit claims for FSA, HRA, retiree plans and more.
• Enter and adjudicate claims following internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the claims team to optimize efficiency.
• Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA.
