Job summary

Ardem Data Services in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Processing Analyst to manage claim relocation, document handling, adjudication, and weekly claim payment activities.   • Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the Claim Relocation inbox and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Verify claim documents, claim history, and required compliance information before relocation.
  • Assign ownership and coordinate with the receiving team to ensure smooth claim transfers.
  • Update claim status, labels, tracking records, and relocation documentation accurately.
  • Execute claim transfers and confirm successful handoff with the receiving team.
  • Follow up on relocated claims and resolve issues or *******????? ??? when required.
  • Manage Claim folders, ensuring proper filing, completeness, and document hygiene.
  • Support weekly claim pay and settlement activities, including reconciliation and approval checks.
  • Maintain high accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company/client guidelines.
  • Work closely with SMEs, Supervisors, and other teams to minimize processing errors and unnecessary handoffs.
