Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Claims Support Specialists and Claims Adjusters.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and performance standards.
• Manage high-profile client accounts and monitor operational metrics.
• Coordinate collection of missing claim documentation and oversee approvals.
• Partner with Finance on payment audits and financial controls.
• Maintain accurate claim payment records and documentation.
