Job summary

WithCoverage seeks a seasoned claims leader to own commercial claims end-to-end. You will manage intake, carrier reporting, and reserve discussions, while developing SOPs and reporting workflows from scratch to drive efficiency.

You will feed claims insights to the growth team to support renewals, with a focus on strong judgment, client communication, and equity-aligned compensation.
