The Claims Litigation Director provides the highest level of specialized technical claim handling for the most serious, complex, and highly valued claims for an excess and surplus lines writer. Position requires experience in handling Commercial General Liability as well as Garage and Professional Liability claims with a focus on Legal Malpractice matters. Provides technical advice to associates and other functional areas such as defense counsel, independents, support, and less-experienced technical staff. An ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in a prompt, courteous and professional manner is essential.
